Iron Man 3 Gets A Second Trailer Teaser

If you haven't already noticed, today is a pretty spectacular day for those of us who are dying to see more from Marvel Studios' Iron Man 3. The first official trailer will be launching tonight at 12:01 PST, and the run-up to the event has been rather exciting. Yesterday the film's official Facebook page used a widget to launch the first trailer teaser, and then today we've seen a flurry of images as well as a brand new poster. Well, now it's time to let the teasing continue with yet another short preview of tonight's premiere.

While perhaps lacking the intensity of the earlier trailer teaser, this new one does have plenty to offer, giving us our first look at Don Chealde, who returns as James 'Rhodey' Rhodes; Guy Pearce, as villain Aldrich Killian); and who I believe to be Rebecca Hall, sporting some dark red hair as Maya Hansen. We continue to wait for our firs goodt video look at Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin, but I have no doubt that will be included in tonight's full trailer.

As for all of the other recently released Iron Man 3 goodies, click HERE to see the original sneak peek, HERE to see the poster and the first image of Kingsley as the supervillain, and HERE to see an awesome pair of new stills.

The film, directed and co-written by Shane Black, finds Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) fighting for his life when he comes up against an enemy unlike any he's ever seen before, and when his world is destroyed he must fight back with every bit of ingenuity he has to save the world. Gwyneth Paltrow, Jon Favreau, James Badge Dale and Ashley Hamilton will co-star in addition to all of the actors mentioned above. Iron Man 3 will be in theaters on May 3rd and you can savor every little detail about it in our Blend Film Database.

And be sure to come back later tonight to watch the trailer!
