Paul Rudd Kills A Defenseless Fly In New Clip From Wanderlust
I hate insects. In fact, it goes far beyond that. I hate anything that has more than four appendages. Insects, beetles, bugs, arachnids, you name it, I hate it. So, naturally, whenever I see one of them, my first instinct is to smash and smush it until it's nothing more than a pile of goo on the bottom of my shoe. Apparently this kind of behavior doesn't sit well in hippy communes.
A new clip from Wanderlust, the new film from director David Wain, has arrived online, and apparently Paul Rudd's character is a lot like me in the sense that if he sees a fly, he kills it. Unfortunately he does it while sitting around with a bunch of people that consider his actions a form of murder. Check out the clip below, courtesy of Moviefone. It may be just me, but this clip reminds me of the time President Obama killed a fly during an interview (using his ninja skills) and PETA complained that he should have captured it and freed it outside. My response: fuck off, it's a fly. Wanderlust stars Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston as a Manhattan couple who undergo a major lifestyle change when Rudd's character is fired from his job. After trying out a few other living arrangements, they end up on a commune that could just change their lives forever. The film co-stars Alan Alda, Katheryn Hahn, Justin Theroux, Malin Akerman, Joe Lo Truglio, Kerri Kenney, Lauren Ambrose, and many more. The movie arrives in theaters on February 24th and you can see more from the film in our Blend Film Database. |
