Justin Timberlake May Have A Second Album Due Out In November
Justin Timberlake jumped the gun earlier this week, introducing The 20/20 Experience early on iTunes. Hard copies of the one man wonder’s newest release will hit shelves tomorrow, but according to Questlove, the actor and singer has another round of music coming in November.
Since we are not huge forum stalkers, it’s a good thing Grantland keeps tabs on the Roots drummer’s Internet musings. On Monday, Questlove talked about liking Timberlake's album, calling it ballsy. Additionally, he gave fans a “spoiler alert,” noting that the world will be privy to another ten songs in November. Questlove and Timberlake have spent plenty of time together, with Questlove acting as a DJ for Timberlake, as well as working with the singer on the set of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to produce the "History of Rap" sketches, so assumedly he has been privy to some insider information (or insider preliminary plans), and we’ll keep you posted if this November follow-up proves to be a dream come true.
In other news, Timberlake is going to be busy over the next few months. He’s got the whole album dropping thing going for him tomorrow (March 19), he’s already released two singles from The 20/20 Experience, and he will be touring all over North America with Jay-Z during the months of July and August to promote the new album, as well as the two men’s duo, “Suit & Tie.” That's not too shabby. If he manages to pull off a second album in November, you can count me impressed.
