Straight from TV Blend's gang of series addicted television addicts. Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Gets A Full Trailer And A Tuesday Night Timeslot This Fall "Don't ever tell me there's no way!" Chills. After two deliciously exciting little teasers to whet our appetites for the recently - officially - ordered series Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., ABC has given us our first real look at the series, which begins with the re-introduction of Clark Gregg's character Agent Phil Coulson, a man who's seen a lot and believes in the cause. Another Exciting Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Preview Arrives Ready for another look at Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? Earlier today, we shared the seven-second teaser, which showed us some of the action in store for ABC's new series, and now we have bigger peek at the series, which comes from Joss Whedon and focuses on the global law enforcement organization S.H.I.E.L.D., which has been featured in the various Marvel films in recent years, including The Avengers. As the newest preview reminds us, Clark Gregg's Agent Phil Coulson will be at the center of this series. Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Teaser Glimpses 7 Seconds Of Thrilling Footage That was seven seconds of thrilling footage, and there's going to be plenty more where that came from. We learned last week that ABC gave Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. a series order for their 2013-2014 season. Hopefully we'll get to see some clips or a full trailer, especially with the network upfronts set to take place this week. In the meantime, we got a quick but exciting glimpse of the series in the teaser above. Nothing says "Joss Whedon was here" quite like action, fierce female characters and Agent Coulson on a mission! Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. And Rebel Wilson's Super Fun Night Go To Series At ABC There's good news for Joss Whedon's S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot and Rebel Wilson's awkwardly titled comedy, Super Fun Night. Both projects have gone to series at ABC. Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has been one of the more hotly anticipated pilots this season. Between the popularity of Marvel's Avengers and the series' creator Joss Whedon, there have been plenty of fans hoping to see S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC's 2013-2014 line-up. Potential Title For Joss Whedon's S.H.I.E.L.D. Pilot Revealed Until now, we've been referring to Joss Whedon's small screen Marvel project as "the S.H.I.E.L.D.pilot," because the anticipated drama has no official title. But, thanks to some overzealous Whedon fans, the potential title - or working title - for the project has made its way online. Whether or not this title will stick remains to be seen, but the project is reportedly being referred to as Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Angel's J. August Richards Reportedly Joins Joss Whedon's S.H.I.E.L.D. It looks like Joss Whedon has called in the big guns - or big Gunn for that matter - to join the cast of his anticipated S.H.I.E.L.D. drama. J. August Richards, who played Charles Gunn in Angel has reportedly been cast in the Avengers-related project, which will focus on the S.H.I.E.L.D. organization. Assuming this news is true, Richards joins previously cast Ming-Na, Chloe Bennet, Elizabeth Henstridge, Iain De Caestecker and Brett Dalton in the project, not to mention Clark Gregg, who will reprise his role as the friendly S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Phil Coulson. Joss Whedon Tells SXSW Crowd How He'll Bring Coulson Back From The Dead A Joss Whedon Q-and-A has to have three specific elements if it’s going to be deemed successful. There must be a softball question that allows Nathan Fillion the chance to confirm his seat at the head of Whedon’s cool-kid table. There must be a teary fan thanking Whedon for … well, for being Whedon. (Today’s example was a weeping woman who stood in line since 1 a.m. for the chance to tell Joss that Buffy gave her someone to look up to... Joss Whedon Talks Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D. Pilot And Clark Gregg As The Little Guy With the Marvel S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot shot, all we can do now is wait and hope that the project sees the light of day if and when ABC gives it a series order for the 2013-2014 season. And we can also wait and hope for more details to emerge on the project in the meantime. Joss Whedon didn't give up much in a recent interview, but he did have some interesting things to say about "the little guy." Joss Whedon On Familiar Faces And Casting For The S.H.I.E.L.D. Pilot With the production for what has been one of the most talked about pilots of the season finished, Joss Whedon is feeling pretty excited about the prospects for his ABC pilot, S.H.I.E.L.D.. He’s also addressing some of the talk that’s been going around regarding familiar faces showing up from Whedon’s past projects and other Marvel characters' potential appearances. Joss Whedon's Marvel S.H.I.E.L.D. Pilot Wraps Production Among the more anticipated pilots of the season is surely Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot, which has the combined power of Joss & Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen going for it, among other things. Whether or not ABC sends the pilot to series remains to be seen. Nothing is set in stone until the official word comes down. In the meantime, the pilot, which Joss Whedon wrote and directed, has wrapped. Cobie Smulders Could Return As Maria Hill In Joss Whedon's S.H.I.E.L.D. The biggest problem with being an actor on a successful television show is that it limits your flexibility. If you are contracted to shoot a series for a number of months out of every year than that's going to affect your scheduling and your availability for other projects - be it movies or other TV shows. But while Cobie Smulders has her role on the ratings hit How I Met Your Mother, her commitments didn't prevent her from playing Agent Maria Hill in Joss Whedon's The Avengers last year... S.H.I.E.L.D. Pilot Starts Filming, Set Photos Tease Vehicles, Whedons And Punctuation Once upon a time, when a TV pilot was getting made, we might not hear an update about it until the official word was passed down from the network one way or the other. But we're living in an age of Instagram and Twitter, where cast and crew will occasionally drop a photo or two of production online to give eager fans a small taste of what's in the works. Such is the case for the hugely anticipated Marvel S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot that's being made.
