Game Show Host Alex Trebek is resting in a Los Angeles hospital after having what is being called a minor heart attack.

According to E! Online, Trebek was at home Monday night in Studio City when the ailment occurred. He is currently in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where is to undergo tests for the next two days. A spokesperson for Jeopardy said the host did not have any previously conditions that could have led to the heart attack.

Production of Jeopardy! has been temporarily halted by Sony and will resume taping new shows in January. Trebek has been hosting this version of the game since its launch into syndication twenty-four years ago.

His work on the answer-and-question game show, as well as others like Classic Concentration, have earned the host eleven Daytime Emmys nominations, as well as three wins.

This is not the first time Trebek has had a medical situation. In 2004, he fell asleep at the wheel of his pickup truck, which then crashed into a 45-foot embankment. He was not hospitalized after the accident.
