I Chihuahua, Beverly Hills Chihuahua Hits Blu-Ray

We’re way past the Taco Bell Chihuahua now. ‘Yo quiero Taco Bell’ is no longer the only phrase in the breed’s vocabulary. On March 3rd you can see Chihuahuas on the adventure of a lifetime in Beverly Hills Chihuahua/ when Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment brings the film to DVD and Blu-ray.

When Vivian (Jamie Lee Curtis) leaves her precious pooch Chloe (Drew Barrymore) with her careless niece Rachel (Piper Perabo), Chloe is stolen and winds up in Mexico City. A lonely German Shepard named Delgado (Andy Garcia) comes to her rescue when threatened by the evil Doberman, El Diablo (Edward James Olmos). Meanwhile, Chloe’s admirer Papi (George Lopez) goes south of the border to find his love.

It was hard to forget the song and dance-filled trailers and now it’s hard to forget the success of this surprising box office hit. Will the DVD achieve similar success? Most likely.
