For some of us, creating the custom appearance of our Elder Scrolls character is a painstaking, rewarding process. However, those of you who don't like to fuss around with the cheekbone size of your video game character will have several pre-set character appearances to choose from for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Bethesda released pictures of the pre-sets for all ten playable races: Nord, Breton, Argonian, Dark Elf, Imperial, Khajit, Orc, Redguard, Wood Elf, and High Elf. If you're interested in the lore behind each race, head over to the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages.

The images give you a sense of the different faces you could construct yourself. You have a lot of leeway in determining the structure, texture, and color of your character's face. You can make your character a teenage girl, a grizzled old man, or anything in between.

Skyrim will debut on November 11th on the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
