EA's flagship football franchise will be coming to the 3DS. Madden NFL Football will be available for the handheld upon its launch.
Madden NFL will be playable in 11-on-11 or 5-on-5. You can lead a single team to the championship in Season Mode. A new "Call Your Shots" feature will let you draw up plays on the 3DS's touchscreen.
Three types of play-calling will be available: GameFlow, Classic, and Arcade. Arcade is a simplified version of the Classic playbook. GameFlow, which debuted Madden NFL 11, selects plays for you based on the situation and your team's playbook.
Both Madden NFL and the 3DS are expected in the first half of 2011.
