Legendary comic book writer Stan Lee won't be making just a simple cameo in the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man game. He revealed at the London Super Comic Convention that he'll actually be a playable character.
Lee revealed the news in a chat with Addict of Fiction. He didn't mention any details beyond that, though. Presumably you unlock him through beating the campaign or something. It's also possible that he'll be a pre-order incentive for one retailer or another.
The Amazing Spider-Man game will take place after the events of the upcoming reboot film. He'll face off against many classic villains, including Rhino. Also, Oscorp unleashes a giant army of killer robots on the city. Should be a fun time.
Spider-Man will hit the Wii, Xbox 360, 3DS, DS, and PS3 on June 26th.
