If the trailers we've seen for Scream 4 have been any indication, the name of the game is taking the same parody elements from the first three films in the trilogy and updating them for the modern age of horror. As a result, we'll probably be able to spot a lot of references to Wes Craven's 90s films, and it all starts with the poster.

Yahoo! has debuted the second one-sheet for the sequel and if it looks familiar, that's because it should - it's the same black-and-white design used for the previous films and even copies the "face in the number" idea from Scream 3. Adding to the throwback feeling, David Arquette gets top billing which is something that hasn't happened in about a decade.
