The Disney Channel has been a consistent and steady launch pad for numerous stars over the years. Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Zac Efron, The Jonas Brothers and Zendaya all trace their roots back to Disney Channel shows, and now they challenge themselves in more mature projects that range from Ted Bundy movies (like Efron) to HBO’s Euphoria (for Zendaya).
Bella Thorne also took a role on a Disney show early in her career, co-starring on the hit program Shake It Up. But now she’s shaking up her own career path by directing a short film for the adult site PornHub, and you can view the NSFW teaser trailer right now:
Bella Thorne’s short film, Her & Him, is being produced through PornHub’s Visionaries Director’s Series, which the company says is meant to profile “unexpected guest directors” bringing their voices and styles to “diversify porn production,” according to a press release obtained by CNN.
In the same story, Bella Thorne revealed that she has been trying to make Her & Him for a long time, but didn’t find any backers until PornHub stepped in.
I'm really lucky that Pornhub wanted to come on and produce this with me because originally I was shopping it around a very long time ago and things were very different. People are kind of scared to make a movie like this one when it comes to dominance and submissive(ness) between a male and a female and how this relationship can turn quite sour.
As the trailer suggests, Bella Thorne’s short film stars adult film actors Abella Danger and Small Hands (awesome porn name), and follows the story of a guy who picks up his girlfriend’s phone, only to find that she has been searching for ways to kill your lover and get away with it.
Good premise.
What I didn’t realize, up until this point, is that Bella Thorne has been acting in – and even directing – multiple short films up to this point, honing her craft in preparation for Her & Him. And while I have not seen these, I have to wonder if “Bitch I’m Bella Thorne,” “Pussy Mine” and “Fuck Me Fire Truck” are also adult in nature.

Her & Him is set to hold its official premiere at the Oldenburg Film Festival in Germany, which takes place from Sept. 11-15. After that, the film will be available exclusively on Pornhub Premium, so if you are curious, make sure that you sign up.
