Bill And Giuliana Rancic Put Their Relationship Before Their Baby

When babies are born, most parents make an effort to put the child before everything else in their lives. On paper, such a decision sounds like the sensible, logical and right thing to do, but if former Apprentice winner Bill Rancic and his Fashion Police star wife Giuliana are to be believed, a couple’s relationship should actually come before the child.

If you take it from Giuliana, the healthiest thing for a child is to have two loving and caring parents who are committed to making the family work over the long haul. Therefore, she and her and husband have made it a priority to find time for periodic date nights and to choose who gets up to care for young Edward Duke not based on who he wants but rather whose schedule can most be gone through without sleep.

Here’s a portion of the quote Giuliana gave to US Weekly

"We're husband and wife, but we're also best friends, and it's funny because a lot of people, when they have kids, they put the baby first, and the marriage second. That works for some people. For us, I find, we put our marriage first and our child second, because the best thing we can do for him is have a strong marriage."

Edward Duke is approaching the point in which he might start sleeping through the night, but if Bill and Giuliana have their way, they won’t be off the hook anytime soon. They would like to add at least one more member to their growing family, but as of now, no forward progress has been made in that department.

Here’s to hoping all the little things Bill and Giuliana have done for each other will pay off for both themselves and Edward in the former of a happy marriage that lasts until death do them part.
