Farrah Abraham Threatens Vivid, Warns Not To Release Her Sex Tape Yet

When news of Farrah Abraham’s sex tape first went public the former Teen Mom star initially tried to play the confused card. Rumors circulated about possible lawsuits, and it was unclear whether or not the footage would ever go public. Within a day, however, it became clear she willingly shot the footage with porn star James Deen and was very interested in selling it. Let the record show her perspective is still very much the same.

According to TMZ, Abraham and Vivid head Steve Hirsch are both interested in doing business together, but thus far, they haven’t been able to agree to any kind of financial terms. Perhaps because talks have gotten contentious or perhaps because she wants to portray a position of power, Abraham had her lawyer fire off a letter to Vivid today reminding the company that she owns all writes to the tape and if executives release any footage prior to a formal deal getting struck, it will be in violation of the law.

With Abraham’s show over and no clear skills to keep her name in the headlines as far as acting or singing, she may not have a lot of big paydays left in her future. Thus, whether shooting a porno was the right decision or not, now that it’s out there, she may as well hold out and get as much money for it as possible.

We’ll let you know whenever a deal is struck to release the footage.
