Kevin Federline Hopes His Kids Work At McDonald's

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline may not have made their relationship work, but there is one thing they have in common: two young boys, six year-old Sean Preston and 5 year-old Jayden James. While I am sure the couple are on the same page about instilling a sense of self and a good work ethic in their two children, the way they each hope to go about this might be planets away.

K-Fed is currently on Australian reality show Excess Baggage and he spoke out recently to The Herald Sun about how he hopes to whip his kids into shape when it comes to work ethic. Apparently he has high aspirations for his youngsters: sending them to work at McDonald’s.

"I'll have them working at Micky D's.”

It’s not really the institution he’s excited about, but the particular hard work and diplomatic skills related to thankless fast food gigs.

"That's how we had to do it! I worked at a car wash, I worked at a pizza place. Things like that made me…I can be in this business now and I'm still the same person I am back then, because I know what I want out of life and how to treat people."

While McDonald’s may not be a place that screams “ideal work environment” for most parents, Federline’s heart is in the right place. He simply wants his kids to go out into the real world and have some experiences that are separate from the life they currently live in Los Angeles around people of fame.

"Now we've both agreed - this is it, they are going to be at school, learn...what it's like to be part of society as a normal kid."

Famous kids of at least one famous parent could do worse than a parent who really cares.
