In the wake of Osama bin Laden’s demise, Comedy Central has made some adjustments to their line-up for Wednesday night. Two Osama-themed episodes of South Park will air prior to the new episode previously scheduled to air.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, replacing two other reruns of South Park which were originally scheduled to air on Wednesday night, the episodes titled “Osama bin Laden Has Farty Pants,” and “It’s a Jersey Thing” will air at 9:00 and 9:30 p.m. before Season 15’s second new episode airs at 10:00 p.m. The “Farty Pants” episode originally aired on November 7, 2001, nearly two months after the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. The fittingly patriotic ep was the series’ first post-9/11 new installment for the series. “It’s a Jersey Thing,” aired last year and poked fun at Jersey Shore, making bin Laden a temporary hero in the process.

If you don’t want to wait until Wednesday night to watch the episodes, Comedy Central has them on their website:

“Osama bin Laden Has Farty Pants.”

“It’s a Jersey Thing”. (Warning: Watch out for the Snooki!)
