There are some juicy deals taking place right at this very moment on Amazon, all thanks to the Amazon Prime Day Deals. These deals stretch far and wide across the online marketplace, including offering gamers some of the best game deals out there for those who sign up for Amazon Prime.
If you head on over to the Amazon Prime Day page for video games, you'll see that there is a smorgasbord of content, ranging from classic games to portable games to console games to PC games to all manner of gaming hardware and accessories in between. There's literally something in there for just about everyone, but you only have a limited time to get in on some of these deals.
So what are some of the best deals you need to check out during Prime Day? Well, games like CD Projekt Red's The Witcher 3: Complete Edition are marked down by 40% off for only $29.99. The real sexy part about it? It's for the physical edition of the game. It's rare for the physical versions of games to get discounted by that much if they aren't used, so that's definitely something to consider for physical collectors.
Newer games like Farming Simulator 17 and Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 are also marked down, with the former being as cheap as $22 and the latter being as cheap as $39. There are also games that just came out this year that are already 50% off, like For Honor and Prey, both of which can be scooped up for $29.99 each. That's a pretty sexy deal, right?
If Bethesda or Ubisoft's games aren't to your liking, there's always Bandai Namco. Tekken 7 for both the Xbox One and PS4 is marked down, along with Bandai's other bread and butter maker, Dark Souls III, which is discounted for the PlayStation 4. Xbox One owners will be able to get their hands on the complete edition of Dark Souls III as well for $29.99. Xseed's Onechanbara Z2: Chaos and Earth Defense Force 4 are also on the receiving end of a price slash. Koei Tecmo didn't want to get left out of the loop, and so you can get your hands on Berserk and the Band of the Hawk for the PS4 at a discounted price as well.
Fan-favorites like Super Smash Bros., for the Nintendo 3DS is 36% off for only $25.46, along with Kirby: Planet Robobot, which is 26% off for only $29.55. And speaking of fan-favorites... the Mass Effect poster collection is marked down during prime day for only $15... 38% off the normal price. Blizzard Entertainment's Overwatch also joins the list, which has been a top-seller all year long after releasing back in the early goings of summer and tail end of spring. Sadly only the PS4 version of Overwatch will be getting discounted, so tough luck if you primarily game on PC or Xbox One.
And on the topic of consoles... both the Xbox One and PS4 are discounted. The Xbox One S with two controllers, Forza Motorsport 6, Halo 5: Guardians and Recore is discounted down to $239.99. That's practically a steal at that price. The PS4 is $229.00 and comes with a single controller and Uncharted 4.
A variety of other noteworthy games, such as Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection are marked down by 60% off so you can get it for $19.99 on PS4, or Final Fantasy XV, which is 57% off for only $25.99 on the Xbox One, and Ghost Recon: Wildlands on the PS4 is also 50% off for only $29.99. You might also be inclined to grab a PS4 DualShock 4 controller at a discounted rate and a PDP charging kit. Sadly I wasn't able to spot any big discounts on Xbox One controllers... a real shame because they're definitely top notch.
