Commander: Europe At War Coming To Nintendo DS Graffiti Entertainment has been on a roll lately with porting over games into North America for the DS and Wii from other territories. Their latest acquisition comes in the form of Commander: Europe at War for the Nintendo DS.

The game sees players controlling either the Axis or the Allies throughout the entire European theatre of World War II. And according to the press release…
The actual campaign map is huge, covering the USA to the west, Africa to the south, Scandinavia to the north, and the Ural's to the east. Players will strategically use 12 different unit types including Infantry and Motorized Corps, Armor, Destroyers, Subs, and Carriers - each with their own strengths and weaknesses

The game also sports five different eras of technological innovations, where players can recruit researchers and gain access to over 50 different inventions. And even though the game will be turn-based, realism will supposedly be a key feature within the gameplay to keep players motivated and the story intense.

Commander: Europe at War is due out in the fourth quarter of 2009, for the Nintendo DS. You can learn more by visiting the Official Graffiti Entertainment Website.
