Darksiders 2 Argul's Tomb DLC Release Date Set For Next Week

Next week Vigil Games will release Argul's Tomb, the first post-launch DLC for hack-and-slasher Darksiders 2. Today they announced the exact dates you'll be able to get your bony, scythe-filled hands on this content.

Argul's Tomb introduces an entirely new region to the game. This frozen landscape will provide two dungeons filled with new enemies and loot. Vigil says that it's designed primarily for players who have beaten the first three zones of Darksiders 2's campaign - perhaps certain areas will be inaccessible if you're less progressed in the game. Xbox 360 and PC gamers across the world will receive Argul's Tomb on September 25th. North American PS3 owners will get it on the same day. If you're a PS3 gamer in Europe, you'll have to wait until the next day.

All Darksiders 2 pre-order customers should get the DLC for free. The voucher for the content will be tucked into your game box. The eventual Wii U version will ship with Argul's Tomb for no additional charge. Everyone else will have to pay 560 MS Points, or $6.99.
