Dungeon Siege III won't be released until 2011. However, the development process is far enough along that developer Obsidian Entertainment feels comfortable sending out three screenshots.

DS3 is the first installment of the series to appear on consoles. In spite of this, it seems they've kept the isometric perspective. It's possible, though, that these are shots from the PC version and the console iterations use a tight third-person camera a la Dragon Age.

Gas Powered Games will not be handling DS3's development but founder Chris Taylor will be serving as an advisor. Obsidian plans to finish all three versions of the game by 2011.
