Today Ubisoft Toronto managing director Jade Raymond revealed what the new studio is working on. They've been tapped to create a new Splinter Cell game.

"We're working on Splinter Cell 6, the next iteration of the blockbuster franchise, and we're doing it entirely here in Toronto," said Raymond in a video released by the Ontario government.

Raymond adds that Ubisoft Toronto is working on two productions. They have 83 employees currently but are still staffing up. Within the next ten years, they plan to have 800 employees at that location.

Oh, you don't really care about the studio's hiring spree, do you? You wanted more information on Splinter Cell 6? Unfortunately, Raymond makes no further mention of it in the video.
