Harrison Insists He Can Do Indy![]()
Harrison Ford showed up at the Rome Film Festival in Italy last week, probably because Rome isn't in Wyoming. While there, he was deluged with Indiana Jones questions, and Harrison assured everyone that he's not ready for a walker yet.
"I'm fit enough to play Indy," said the 64-year-old actor. He may still be able to crack his whip, but for how much longer? He admits they need to get moving on it, but he's been saying that for years. Though everyone involved with making a fourth Indy movie seems to understand that time is not on their side, they still don't seem to be in much of a hurry. Indiana Jones 4 has been in development for nearly a decade now, and the reasons for it's failure to happen read like a long litany of lame excuses. Every few months we hear another person from the Indy camp come out and talk about how close they are, and then nothing gets done. Harrison may not be too old yet, but at this rate he will be by the time they finally start shooting. |
