Cinema Blend was all set to attend the MTV Movie Awards for the first time ever this weekend, with an eye towards covering the heck out of it for all of you. That is until MTV withdrew their offer to let us cover it, when they found out our own Mariana McConnell didn’t have a Blackberry she could use for audience live blogging, thus annoying the crap out of everyone around her with her bad PDA manners. So, we’ll all be sitting at home watching MTV’s biggest night of promotional partnering with all of you. It’s probably better that way. Right? Right. I’m sure Mariana would have just ended up sitting next to Flava Flav or something, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.
The awards don’t matter, but here’s what do. The comedy bits in between the awards. That and the number of product placements they can fit on stage at once.
