A lot of people out there are pretty excited about Joss Whedon’s upcoming Serenity movie, and I guess I’m one of them. The show wasn’t on the air long enough for me to really get into it, and I’ve never been able to justify buying the DVD of a show I’m not already into just to force myself to like it, but I’m always ready to stand behind a healthy dose of starship based science-fiction.

After a lot of annoying release date jostling, the film won’t be opening until September, but according to info posted on director Joss Whedon’s website the trailer will appear today at some point. Actually, maybe it’s there right now! Or maybe it isn’t. Your guess is as good as mine. But when it does appear, it’ll be available exclusively on Apple Movie Trailers. Keep refreshing their page until you see it! I wonder if Joss gets a cut of their banner ad revenue?

If you’ve got better things to do than refresh the same page for hours on end, then congratulations, you have a job. I’ll do what I can to save you some refreshing time by updating this page with actual links to the trailer as soon as it’s available.
