Every year, once a year since 1995, Vanity Fair does a big Hollywood issue, with some sort of big, eyecatching Hollywood themed cover. If you’re a dude, you probably remember their 2006 cover in which Scarlett Johansson and Keira Knightley stripped naked and sprawled all over each other for the cover. This year’s edition doesn’t have nudity, but it does have something pretty cool: Hitchcock.
The March edition of Vanity Fair has just hit stands, and it’s filled with pictures of Hollywood’s biggest stars re-enacting iconic Hitchcock movie moments. On the cover Emily Blunt, Amy Adams, Jessica Biel, Anne Hathaway, Alice Braga, Ellen Page, Zoë Saldana, Elizabeth Banks, Ginnifer Goodwin, and America Ferrera pose in Hitchcock era attire, and inside (assuming you make it past the 100 pages of ads or so), people like Seth Rogen, Scarlett Johansson, Javier Bardem, and Jodie Foster strike various Hitchcock poses.
I’m not normally one to advocate reading print mags, but in this case it might be worthwhile to flip through its pages while you’re in the checkout line. I’ve dropped a few scans of what’s inside below to give you a taste, but to see them all you’ll have to find a magazine stand.
