Released on the official Transformers: The Last Knight Facebook page, that video provides an incredible glimpse into the life of the Transformers crew. Although it's somewhat light on plot details, the new video allows users to check out the filming of a major action set piece. Taking place in the middle of a field, machines kick up dust as the sounds of guns go off in all directions and explosions spew fire in the distance. If you've seen any of the Transformers movies prior to The Last Knight, then you already know that this film clearly will live up to the action standards of its predecessors.

There are obviously a ton of great looking action movies slated to hit theaters next summer, but Transformers: The Last Knight has really set itself apart for one very particular reason. Michael Bay has maintained a strong degree of transparency on the set, while still keeping many of the film's vital plot points incredibly secretive. Focusing on the action, the last few months have been chock full of awesome behind the scenes videos and photos showcasing some of the coolest aspect from The Last Knight. From glimpses at new Transformer models (particularly Bumblebee) to awesome videos of cars specifically designed to flip other cars, The Last Knight has become the quintessential movie for anybody that appreciate the technical aspect of action filmmaking.

Don't expect the Transformers train to slow down anytime soon. Although the franchise has existed since the first film hit theaters in 2007, there are currently plans in the works to seriously expand in the very near future. In particular, much of this involves the innovation of a Hasbro Cinematic Universe, which will integrate the G.I. Joe franchise with the Transformers franchise. If that happens, then the Marvel Cinematic Universe could have some seriously strong competition with regards to its status as the most bombastic cinematic universe in Hollywood.

We will bring you any and all relevant details related to the production and imminent release of Transformers: The Last Knight as more information becomes available to us. The fifth installment in Michael Bay's Transformers franchise will blast its way into theaters next summer on June 23, 2017. Stay tuned for more explosive details!
