Guitar Hero: World Tour allows people who want to be Metallica or Led Zeppelin to live their dreams...but what about people who want to be Grandmaster Flash? Seems they'll be getting their own game, DJ Hero, in 2009.
Activision CEO Bobby Kotick confirmed the existence of the game when speaking to CNBC at the World Economic Forum (via Eurogamer): "We have this product called DJ Hero coming out later this year, which is a turntable that you actually can play competitively and spin discs and mix songs."
Unfortunately, that seems to be all he said on the matter. Nice to know this project actually exists, though.
