When you look at the brand new screenshots for the redo of the classic arcade 80s game, Fire & Forget, the first thing that probably comes to most people's minds is that the main vehicle looks a heck of a lot like the Tumbler from Nolan's Batman movies.

Due out during the middle of May, Fire & Forget: Final Assault is a road-based arcade racing game with plenty of shoot 'em up action. It's hard to get a good feel of the game without a trailer, but there will be plenty leading up to release (or at least, we can hope so).

The game isn't just about racing along the road and blowing stuff up. There is a a twist: you get to transform the vehicle into a flying death machine and rain down havoc and destruction onto any and all oncomers who would be so unlucky as to find themselves in the crosshairs of your vehicular wrath.

If Fire & Forget seems like something you might like to play, just remember to keep your eyes peeled for the game when it launches across digital distribution portals during the mid part of next month, May 16th to be exact.
