Microsoft's Major Nelson has revealed the box art for Xbox One exclusive Forza Motorsport 5. It's our first look at the packaging style that will be used across all XB1 games.
As you can see, Xbox One boxes will be a lot cleaner than their Xbox 360 counterparts. There's no neon green or color gradients or swirl patterns. Instead, Xbox One boxes have a medium shade of green with the very simple "Xbox One" logo in the middle.
Will this really simple aesthetic last? Maybe not. I half-expect them to put those little "only on Xbox" stamps on exclusives like Forza 5, or the Xbox Live logo on multiplayer titles. I like what I see so far, though.
Forza 5 was one of a few titles announced at the Xbox One unveiling event. This first trailer showed two McLarens racing through the streets of Prague. The game's said to be a launch title for the new console, debuting this fall.
