One of the most violent games in recent history is coming to the PC. It's not going to be edited to please censors, either.

The ESRB recently rated Manhunt 2 for the PC (via Joystiq). It garnered an "Adults Only" rating for "Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, Use of Drugs." A game with an Adults Only rating cannot be bought or played by anyone under 18 years of age.

When Manhunt 2 was first developed for the consoles, the ESRB slapped it with an AO rating but Rockstar then toned it down a bit to get a Mature rating. After that experience, they must have an idea of what would be required to make an M-rated port of the game so it seems like they're intentionally not censoring this version.
