Skyfall DLC For 007 Legends Arriving This Week, Gameplay Trailer Released

Today the latest James Bond film, Skyfall, is making its North American debut. Gamers will be able to act out scenes from the movie soon with a DLC pack for 007 Legends.

007 Legends is first-person action game that strings together the plots of several Bond films. Players will experience missions inspired by Goldfinger, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Moonraker, Licence to Kill and Die Another Day. Each represents a different Bond era. You're playing as the Daniel Craig James Bond throughout all of them, though.

Legends's over-arching plot actually begins right after the start of Skyfall. James Bond has been shot and left for dead in Istanbul. Near death, he begins remembering the events of the past films.

In the Skyfall DLC mission, Bond will engage in several gunfights. Expect some other risky behavior, including a motorcycle chase and zip-lining with a handgun. Naomie Harris, one of the main characters from the film, has reprised her role here.

The Skyfall DLC pack will be free to download on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. It's not clear when it will arrive, though. The game's Facebook page says you can expect it today. Maxim, who premiered the below trailer, merely says we can expect the new content "this week."

Update: Activision has confirmed that the DLC will hit PSN today. Xbox 360 and PC owners will receive it on November 20th.
