With the exception of the poor-performing (and poorly reviewed) Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, this summer has yet to see a real romantic comedy counter-programming against the giant blockbusters. That'll all change on June 19 with The Proposal, the movie that pairs Sandra Bullock as a bitchy boss with Ryan Reynolds as her underling, forced to marry his boss in order to keep his job.

It's actually better than most romantic comedies you see, and given how much it pleased the largely male audience I saw it with at ShoWest, will probably be a big fat hit. Get a better idea of what you're in store for-- including a striptease from The Office star Oscar Nunez and Betty White, as funny as she ever was on The Golden Girls-- in the new stills sent to us by Disney. Click on any of the images below to be sent to our full gallery for the film. I especially like the image below of Ryan Reynolds and the movie's director, Anne Fletcher-- don't you just hope that some day, Ryan Reynolds will look at you with that exact same expression? I know he's married to ScarJo and everything, but getting that kind of focus from a man that handsome... Anne Fletcher, you are living the dream.
