I've only ever ridden a motorcycle one time in my life and I've never driven one, but I would learn real damn quick if I had $35,000 to drop on a custom, life-size Light Cycle from Disney's upcoming Tron sequel. These actually exist thanks to Parker Brother's Choppers out of Florida, who recently also put together a full-size replica of the Batpod from The Dark Knight.
They're stepping up their game by creating five custom replicas of the already famous Tron: Legacy Light Cycles built to order, and get this, they'll be fully street legal. The bikes are being produced in five colors, one each of red, blue, green, orange and yellow. They're all built to order so you'll have to put down a healthy deposit before they start soldering parts together.
To order yours, head over to Ebay and be quick about it. Nerds have a lot of disposable income. You save a lot of money on rent when you live in your Mom's basement.
Seriously though, is there anything more badass than the possibility of rolling through downtown at night on your custom fucking Light Cycle? I'm going to dream about this tonight. Here's a video from last years Comic Con where the bike was revealed in person, to provide dream material.
