Superman Exits His Fortress In Awesome New Fan-Made Man Of Steel Poster

Fan-made posters for pending blockbusters aren’t always going to get posted on the site, but this one for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel is so very cool that it caught our attention, and we really wanted to bring it to yours.

The poster, shared on DeviantArt.com, has Kal-El exiting his Fortress of Solitude (with a cool snow shaped "S" in the foreground) and it pairs nicely with this official banner that has Henry Cavill assuming this stance reminiscent of the moment in the trailer when Supes puts his hand to the ground, then soars into the air. Check the banner out here:

Lately, a slew of impressive Man of Steel artwork has hit the web. GBPosters hosted an assortment of promo sketches for Snyder’s Superman reboot, which featured shots of Genral Zod (Michael Shannon) and new villain, Faora (Antje Traue). And then there was the most recent trailer, which – I think – finally convinced most people that Snyder (with Christopher Nolan’s guidance) might have made a Superman movie for the ages, a contemporary story that takes deep root in Superman’s history and influence.

We’ll find out soon. Man of Steel opens in theaters on June 14. And if Warner Bros. is paying attention, they’ll track down the person responsible for this cool-as-hell fan-made poster and hire them to cook up a new image before the movie rolls into multiplexes.
