For the last decade almost every British actor you can name has played a part in the Harry Potter franchise. From John Cleese to Kenneth Branagh to Rhys Ifans, J.K. Rowling's wizarding world has prevented many thespians from unemployment. Sadly, the run of Potter films end this summer, but movies like Tinker, Tailor, Soldier Spy are here to show that there will always be a room for British ensemble pieces.

German filmsite Movie Pilot has posted three new stills from the Tomas Alfredson-directed thriller and while each one only shows off an individual character, it's more than enough to demonstrate that this cast is totally stacked. How does it accomplish said feat? The three stills are of Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, and Colin Firth. Based on the book by John le Carré, the film brings legendary spy George Smiley back to the big screen for the first time since Sidney Lumet's The Deadly Affiar (in which he was renamed Charles Dobbs for legal reasons).

Check out two of the stills below and head over to Movie Pilot for the third.
