XXXTentaction's Girlfriend Is Pregnant With The Late Rapper's Baby

XXXTentacion "Riot" Music Video

On Monday, rapper XXXTentacion died in South Florida when he was gunned down by two armed men who approached his vehicle and shot him in an apparent robbery. The late rapper was 20 when he died. But before he passed away, the musician reportedly impregnated his girlfriend, and was set to become a father. The identity of the soon-to-be mother is being kept a secret from the public, but the news was confirmed by Cleopatra Bernard, XXXTentacion's mother who produced a photo of the ultrasound. While this baby news will come as a surprise to fans, XXXTentacion reportedly knew weeks earlier.

When Cleopatra Bernard posted the ultrasound photo, she said her departed son "left us a final gift." The photo was taken on April 23, according to TMZ, which suggests the mother is currently four months pregnant. The woman was XXXTentacion's girlfriend, according to sources close to the belated rapper, and she's expected to deliver the baby in November -- more specifically, toward the middle of the month

The reason the baby news was not made public to his fans initially was because XXXTentacion reportedly wanted the pregnancy to be a stress-free one. Although the identity of the mother is not known to the public, it is confirmed not to be Geneva Ayala, the ex-girlfriend of the late musician. For the sake of the impending child's safety, the identity of the mother will likely not be revealed to the public until after she gives birth to the child.

Fans have mourned the death of XXXTentacion with memorials in both Florida and Los Angeles on Tuesday night. The Los Angeles tribute, however, was reportedly met with chaos. While it was initially peaceful, there were people lining up on the streets and sidewalks, and jumping from the roofs of buildings while the crowds chanted and police officers firing rubber bullets and pepper balls into the crowd. There was estimated to be close to 1,000 people in attendance for the event. No arrests or injuries were reported, however. The Florida tribute, meanwhile, was considerably less chaotic. It featured a candles and flower vigil, and they also illustrated, in chalk, a portrait of where the musician's body was found near the scene of the shooting.

A man was charged in the murder of XXXTentacion this week. Funeral arrangements are also currently being set into place for the fallen musician. Further details are not available at this point in time. Should more details arrive in XXXTentacion's story, however, we'll continue to keep you posted here at CinemaBlend.
