Even though Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West remain as busy as can be in their daily celebrity lives, they will soon be welcoming another addition to their ever-expanding family. Via surrogate, the West family will very soon have a fourth child bouncing around in their house, and it was confirmed by Kim and Kanye that the baby is going to be a boy. It'll be the second son the Wests welcome into their family after 3-year-old Saint West.
The baby news was confirmed by Kim Kardashian West on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. During the talk show clip, Kim was asked about baby number four, and she admits that the due date is "sometime soon." It wasn't long after this admission that Kim Kardashian was able to confirm that she knows whether the child is a boy or a girl, and she wasn't afraid to admit that it's a boy. And while Kourtney and Khloe, who were also on the show that evening, knew the baby information, they were taken aback by Kim Kardashian's willingness to admit the news so publicly on TV.
But as Kim Kardashian West admits on the show, the baby news is "out there." And, indeed, it was speculated upon before this late night talk show confession. For instance, a couple weeks earlier when it was revealed that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West were not going to use the exact same surrogate for this newest child, it was hinted that the baby was a boy. But it wasn't confirmed by either parent or anyone on record. Now, it is official.
According to Kim Kardashian West, the information was released when Kim Kardashian got drunk at a Christmas Eve party and told some people. The problem, however, is that Kim can't remember who she told this information to at the party. As Kardashian confesses, she "never" gets drunk and, well, this is what happens. In any case, the news was already out there, floating about publicly. Now, seated across from Andy Cohen, Kim has confirmed it.

This new baby boy will be the second child that the celebrity couple introduces into their family via the surrogate process. Chicago was the first time they adopted the surrogate process into their lives, and it turns out that it was an enormous success for the couple. We hope they find the same happiness and joy with their newest child, who is set to arrive "soon."
