Running for 10 seasons in total and inspiring several more series in its wake, Beverly Hills 90210 is undoubtedly one of the most popular shows of the '90s. A decade-spanning look into the developing lives of upscale Beverly Hills teenagers trying to navigate their lives through high school, then college, then early adulthood, particularly as the show navigated through topics both lighthearted and serious, the long-spanning coming-of-age series became a massive ongoing success for its central players, including Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty, Tori Spelling, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris, and the late Luke Perry.

Now that Beverly Hills 90210 has been off the air for over 20 years (give or take some short-lived reboots), let's take a look at what the high-profile ensemble of this heavily-watched teen/young adult drama series are doing now. Unfortunately, as we mentioned before, Luke Perry is no longer with us, having died in 2019, but his memory remains cherished among fans of the show.

Jason Priestley - Beverly Hills 90210

As Brandon Walsh, the virtuous and admired lead character of the series, Jason Priestley played the male protagonist in Beverly Hills 90210. He later reprised this role and played a fictionalized version of himself in BH90210, where he also worked as a co-producer and director. His other notable TV credits include his starring turn in Call Me Fritz, where he also directed several episodes, Raising Expectations, Haven, Side Order of Life, Tru Calling, Sister Kate, and Teen Angel. Additionally, away from television, Priestley can be seen in Tombstone, Hacks, Watchers, Calendar Girl, Double Down, Made in Brooklyn, Cover Story, and Cherish.

Over the years, Jason Priestley has moved behind the camera to direct several shows, including Van Helsing, Saving Hope, The Outer Limits, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, The Lake, 7th Heaven, and Haven. He made his feature directorial debut with 2013's Cats & Dylan. He also directed several TV movies, including Dear Santa, Don't Cry Now, and Barenaked in America. Currently, Priestley stars in Private Eyes, which he also works as an executive producer and director.

Shannen Doherty - Beverly Hills 90210

In the role of Brenda Walsh, a smart, driven, outgoing teenager who wants to make a good impression, Shannen Doherty played one of the lead roles in Beverly Hills 90210. She later reprised this role in 90210 and BH90210, where she also played a fictionalized version of herself. Doherty also co-produced the latter series. Away from this television franchise, the actress is best known for playing Prue Halliwell in Charmed. She also played main roles in Little House on the Prairie, Our House, and The Secret of Lost Creek, as well as recurring roles in Heathers and North Shore. Additionally, Doherty starred in the reality TV series, Shannen Says. Away from this popular series, Ziering is best known for playing the lead role of Fin Shepard in the Sharknado movies, leading up to 2018's The Last Sharknado: It's About Time. More recently, Robertson played main characters in Murder in the First, The Fixer, and Northern Rescue, as well as a recurring role in Bates Motel.
