Last night, Betty White put it best during her Saturday Night Live opening monologue when she said, “And now I’m here because you wanted me to be…” That’s right. The people spoke and SNL got the funny woman on the show to host one of the last episodes of the season. If you missed it, we have some clips from the episode.

In addition to having White host the episode, a number of the series funniest female stars returned for the episode. I especially loved that they made good use of Molly Shannon and Ana Gasteyer by bringing back the “NPR Delicious Dish” sketch. It seems Betty White is giving Alec Baldwin a run for his money there as she shows off her muffin.
