Tonight, ABC is set to premiere their new legal drama series The Deep End. The show follows a group of lawyers who start work at a prestigious law firm and find that with great power, comes a lot of hard work and plenty of drama.
While the series follows a bunch of hot, young lawyers, the show looks like it’ll be a perfect fit to air before Grey’s Anatomy. The premise reminds me of how Grey’s started out, with a bunch of young professionals eager to make a name for themselves and quickly learning that the struggle to the top has its perks and drawbacks. Also like Grey’s, there appears to be a ridiculous amount of sexual tension (see the video clips below for evidence of that). Below is ABC’s synopsis for the series and further down are some video clips from the pilot episode, which airs tonight!
The Deep End premieres Thursday, January 21 at 8:00 p.m., ET on ABC.
