Maggie Grace Returning To Lost

As this season of Lost is full of return-from-the-dead characters, it seems only fitting that Sayid’s deceased romantic interest make another appearance on the show.

Entertainment Weekly confirmed the news that Maggie Grace, who played Shannon on Lost during the earlier seasons, before her character was killed off, will be making a return to the show. Series producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse expressed their excitement over the return of Grace to the series, however they wouldn’t say how many episodes she’d be appearing in, nor did the article mention what the context of her return would be. We can guess that, like some of the other formerly-dead characters, Shannon, who died in season 2, will pop up in one of the alternate (sideways? Parallel?) reality scenes.

Also set to return to the series during its final season are Harold Perrineau, Cynthia Wateros and Rebecca Mader.
