Victoria Beckham Is Coming To America This Monday Night

It seems as though whenever a celebrity is looking for a little more media exposure, they agree to have their lives taped for a reality TV show. For example, Corey Haim and Corey Feldman will attempt to elevate themselves to B-List status later this month when their new reality show ‘The Two Coreys’ premieres on A&E. Before we get to see that train wreck play out, another celebrity duo will take their place in the reality TV limelight. This Monday, NBC will be airing an exclusive reality special titled, ‘Victoria Beckham: Coming To America.’

The one-hour special will showcase the former Spice Girl as she and her sexy soccer hubby leave The UK behind and relocate stateside to their new Beverly Hills Mansion. NBC’s website describes the show as:

“This revealing special hour delves into Victoria's larger-than-life world to reveal, among other things, her wicked sense of humor and style. Her willingness to poke fun at her image leads to some of the most insightful and hilarious moments, as Victoria enlists her tight circle of friends to shop for a new home and acclimate to life in Los Angeles.”

Whether it’s as good as the network seems to think it is remains to be seen. If anything, it’s sure to be better than Paula Abdul’s reality series, “Hey Paula’ on Bravo but that’s not really saying much.

’Victoria Beckham: Coming To America’ will air on NBC, this Monday (7/16) at 8:00 p.m.

When the Beckhams arrived in California, hoards of fans and press showed up to greet them. Among the crowd was a man from the Moove To American organization (which appears to be strongly affiliated with A&W.) Below is a video showing one of the Moove guys giving out free hamburgers while trying to meet the Beckhams.
