I may not have said the nicest things about Tekken 6 in the past, but with the new trailer Namco released for the Xbox 360 spring preview, I certainly can’t say enough things about this potential candidate for one of the coolest game trailers for 2009.

What makes the trailer so cool is that it acts like a serious summer blockbuster. And while I’m usually completely nonchalant for anything Tekken related, the trailer has easily re-sparked an interest in the title. More than likely, the interest will last up until the next gameplay trailer, in which case we will all be reminded of why Fight Night Round 4 will be a better fighting game.

Nevertheless, for Tekken fanatics the game will probably look like the best in the series. The game will offer all kinds of deep character customization and accessorial features, as well as new moves, new faces and new modes.
