While TNT’s legal drama Franklin & Bash isn’t set to return with new episodes until next summer, the network is already lining up a number of guest stars for Season 2. Word is, Cybill Shepherd, Eric Mabius and Rick Fox are all set to grace the series’ presence with their attractiveness and acting chops at some point next season.

Franklin & Bash stars Mark-Paul-Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer as two young lawyers working at an upscale law firm. Last July TNT announced that the series would be back for Season 2.

TNT posted the news about the guest starts, stating that Shepherd will play Evanthia Steele, the ex-wife of Malcolm McDowell’s character Stanton Infeld. She’s on trial for kidnapping a neglected dog, which certainly sounds amusing, and exactly the kind of case the show would tackle, based on what I’ve seen of the series.

From the sound of it, Mabius and Fox will be appearing in the same episode as Shepherd. Mabius, whom Ugly Betty fans will recognize from his role as Daniel in the former ABC series, will play the “Rossi” of Jango & Rossi. He’s described as the handsome and sexy half of what is presumably another lawyer duo. Finally, Rick Fox will play a pro tennis player who testifies in the case.
