Encore To Host A Big 80's Weekend

Encore really has a thing for 80’s movies. The weekend following Christmas, if you’re an Encore subscriber, you might want to consider avoiding the crazed rush for the post-holiday sales and insane lines to return hideous sweaters and instead, set up camp in front of the TV for the entire weekend. Encore’s doing a whole 80’s themed weekend. They’re filling their airwaves with nothing but 80’s movies starting Friday, December 26 at 8:00 pm ET and running all the way through Sunday.

How long as it been since you’ve watched Sixteen Candles, Uncle Buck or the Kim Catrall classic, Mannequin? I know. Just the other day you were saying you really wished you could watch that movie about Andrew McCarthy falling in love with the mannequin that looks like the chick from Porky’s. Well now you can!
