The Simpsons Preview: The Food Wife, Featuring Gordon Ramsay, Anthony Bourdain And Mario Batali

This Sunday night’s episode of The Simpsons will feature a number of guest-voice appearances by some well known culinary experts. We have a video from the episode, titled “The Food Wife,” which includes a look at Anthony Bourdain and Gordon Ramsay, who play themselves in the episode.

We’ve seen the photo below already, but here it is again, featuring The Simpsons’ take on a number of familiar faces for those of us who like to watch food on TV.

In “The Food Wife,” Marge, Lisa and Bart start their own food blog called “The Three Mouthketeers,” which earns them a reservation at Springfield’s “premiere modern Restaurant.” Marge ends up having a very bizarre dream, which is where Anthony Bourdain, Gordon Ramsay and Mario Batali come in. All three celebrities voice their own characters in the episode. You’ll see some of that in the clip below.

Marge takes Bart and Lisa on a weekend excursion, but when an unexpected restaurant detour awakens their taste buds, fellow foodies Amuse Bruce and Fois Garth (guest voices Heidecker and Wareheim) inspire them to start their own food blog, “The Three Mouthketeers.” They score an exclusive reservation at Springfield’s premiere modern restaurant, but Marge has an unsettling dream during which Anthony Bourdain, Gordon Ramsay, and Mario Batali (guest voicing as themselves) lead her to reconsider extending the invite to Homer. Later, Marge directs Homer to a different type of cooking lab where he gets into a bind with law enforcement authorities in the all-new “The Food Wife” episode of THE SIMPSONS airing Sunday, Nov. 13 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
