Buy A DVD Get A Book Cover
We all like getting free stuff. And even though the new school year is thankfully a few months away, DreamWorks is gearing up to give you some free stuff with the purchase of one of their children’s DVDs.
Starting August 17th, DreamWorks will be packaging a free book cover with five of their children’s movies: Barnyard, Charlotte’s Web, Flushed Away, Madagascar, and Over the Hedge. The patterns on the book covers are related to the movie you pick up. For instance, Charlotte’s Web includes a cool spider web pattern while Madagascar has penguins on it. I'm sure quantities are limited, so this is one of those "act quick" type things. Aren't you glad we're telling you about it in advance so you can plan?
Now, we all know book covers aren’t the most durable thing and probably don’t cost tons to manufacture, but four out of the five are really good children’s movies (I wasn’t a big fan of Barnyard, and neither was my 3 year old niece). If you don’t own them already, this might be some added incentive to pick them up. After all, you could always reward your children’s good grades with a new DVD or book cover.
Here’s a look at the patterns currently being planned with each release:
