The dust is still settling on Jack Bauer's last bad day (barring any movies), but Fox has already announced when you'll be able to get your hands on a complete-series box set of 24. JB Day will be December 7th, 2010, with Fox planning to release both the box set and a Blu-ray/DVD set of the just-completed eighth season that same day.
With this press release being so far in advance, Fox hasn't announced many details as to pricing or extras, although the box set will presumably include any previously released extras alongside "deleted scenes; behind-the-scenes footage; a comprehensive retrospective that looks back at the show’s unforgettable eight seasons; an alternate ending for the series finale and much more." The Complete Series collection is listed as a "collectible DVD box set," so it's unclear whether there will be any way to get a box set that includes the Blu-ray versions of seasons seven and eight or if it will be strictly DVD and you'll have to upgrade those on your own.
