If you like Xbox Live Arcade games but hate having to buy more Microsoft Points than you need to purchase them, Amazon's got your back. You can now buy Xbox Live Arcade games through their website for normal money.
After ordering a game through the new Xbox Live section of Amazon.com, you'll be provided with a code that you punch into your Xbox 360 to download it. You can also purchase Xbox Live Gold subscription cards or Microsoft Points through the service. Seems like a good idea if you've already got an Amazon account and don't feel like re-entering your credit card info into Xbox Live. Wonder if we'll see downloadable content for Xbox 360 games offered through Amazon someday as well.
This isn't Amazon's first foray into digital games distribution. Back in February, they launched a Digital Games section with 600 casual games priced at $10 or less.
