Gamers who want to get some more party play out of one of the most milked genres as of late, can do so now that Band Hero has become available for just about every major gaming platform. A new launch trailer has been released to show off some gameplay and a few of the artists appearing in the game.

In a bid to compete for milking a franchise more, Activision and EA seem to be going out of their way to make and market as many music-based multiplayer games this generation. In fact, DJ Hero recently launched, which Rich Knight reviewed right here at Blend Games. Yet conveniently, not even a month later and a new Hero game is hitting store shelves. You would think they would at least space the games out per season.

Anyway, you can check out some of the game’s features below along with some of the tunes that made it into Band Hero. The game is currently available for the Wii, DS, Xbox 360, PS3 and PS2. For more info feel free to visit the Official Website.
