Batman: Arkham Asylum Is Finally Available

Bat-fans, comic geeks, and gaming enthusiasts can finally get their hands on the hotly awaited, well-promoted, spectacular looking Batman: Arkham Asylum. And as if the headline is somehow blurred from your vision, I’ll simply reiterate that it’s now available for Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers.

Lee Singleton, General Manager, Eidos Game Studios commented in the press release, saying…

“This has been an immense collaborative effort and we’re extremely proud of Batman: Arkham Asylum,”... “From the reactions we have already received, we truly believe it will not only stand out as one of the games of the year, but establish itself as one of those rare action adventure games you simply cannot forget.”

The game sports the voice-overs from cartoon favorites Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy. The story is also originally penned by Paul Dini author and five-time Emmy award winner and the same kick-butt guy who helped make Lost season one as intriguing and mysteriously intense as it was.

Sefton Hill, Game Director at Rocksteady Studios commented that…

“The team at Rocksteady has poured an immense amount of love and effort into developing a game that Batman fans and gamers will enjoy,” …“We’re very proud of Batman: Arkham Asylum. We are excited about the incredible response from the press and even more excited that everyone will now finally get their chance to play the game.”

The game is currently available for Xbox 360 and PS3 for $59.99. You can visit the Official Batman: Arkham Asylum Website for more information and be sure to stay tuned in with Blend Games for further news, updates and insight regarding all things gaming.
